Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Jason Ninkeu Fitness (“we”, “us”), run by Jason Ninkeu in Maryland. By buying a coaching plan you agree to them.
The service
1-on-1 online fitness coaching and mentoring, delivered by message, email, a tracking link and, on TIER 2, calls. What each plan includes is listed on the plans section of this site at the time you buy.
Who can buy
We do not coach anyone under 13.
Billing
Plans are monthly subscriptions. You are charged when you buy and then on the same date each month until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
If a price changes, we tell you before your next charge, and you can cancel before it applies.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, online from the billing link in your receipt email, or by contacting us. You will not be charged again.
Coaching stops immediately when you cancel. It does not run to the end of the month you paid for.
No refunds
All payments are final. We do not refund any payment, including part of a month, except where the law requires it.
Your health
Jason is a fitness coach, not a doctor, dietitian or therapist. Coaching and mentoring are not medical, nutritional or mental health treatment.
Check with a doctor before starting a new training or food plan, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. Tell us about injuries and conditions before you start.
You train at your own risk. Stop and get medical help if something hurts or feels wrong.
Mentoring is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.
Your plan is for you
Training and food plans we make for you are for your own use. Please don’t share or resell them.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage that comes from following the coaching, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last month.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change affects your subscription, we tell you before it applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA.
