What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, phone number and billing details, collected by Stripe at checkout.
• During coaching: what you choose to send us privately by text or email, such as your goals, health and injury details, and progress photos.
• When you contact us: your messages and contact details.

This website uses no cookies, analytics or ad tracking. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To coach you and keep in touch the way you choose (text or email).
• To take payments and manage your subscription.
• To meet legal and tax duties.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the coaching: Stripe, which takes payments and keeps our client billing records, and our hosting provider, Vercel. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Checkout happens on Stripe’s own page, so Stripe’s privacy policy also applies there.

We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

We never post your photos, messages or results without your permission.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and tell current clients about anything important.
